All orders are shipped with tracking. Once you have made an order and your order has been fulfilled you will receive a email with your tracking number.

TRACKING ORDERS
Once we have processed and shipped your order you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link that you can follow for delivery uodates.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Due to our order fulfilment process once your order has been proceed we won’t be able to change your address if your address details were incorrectly entered on the checkout page. Once the item is in transit we won’t be able to change your postal details and you will need contact your local post operator to arrange postal redirection.
RETURNED TO SENDER
Please note if your order is not delivered due to incorrect address or not collected from the post office in timely manner you will need to wait for us to receive the order and request for us to resend you items. This will incite a $10.95 shipping fee to cover reshipping, restocking and processing fees.
