Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE over $50. For all orders under $50 we charge a flat rate of $9.95
How long does shipping take?
PROCESSING TIMES:
We will endeavour to get your order processed as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to processed. Please note this can be longer during sales or busier periods.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once you have made an order and your order has been fulfilled you will receive a email with your tracking number.
Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive and please note that once your order is with the courier we cannot be held responsible for shipping times and delays.

Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide FREE shipping over $50. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you!

Does my shipping come with tracking?
Yes all of our order come with tracking. When we ship your order you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link where you can directly tracker your order for delivery updates.
What is my order is taking longer than usual?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days please email our customer care team at bodiloove@mail.com amd we will follow up with the courier for an update.
Please note once we ship your order we can control how long the courier with take to deliver your items and there may be delays on thier end, however we will help resolve it and make sure you receive your order.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Can I update my delivery address after ordering.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Due to our order fulfilment process once your order has been proceed we won’t be able to change your address if your address details were incorrectly entered on the checkout page. Once the item is in transit we won’t be able to change your postal details and you will need contact your local post operator to arrange postal redirection.
